I Wanted to take a minute to thank you and your extremely professional staff for taking such expert care of my boat.

My wife and i were devastated when the engine in our Sea Ray Sundancer died and we thought that we were done for the season. She and i were amazed that you repowered our boat quickly, giving us several more weeks of enjoyment on the water before winter.

Not only was the boat brought back to service quickly, but the work performed exceeded my expectations. Your mechanic was even able to free up my sticky throttle cable.

Lastly, i was really impressed when i picked up my boat because it was clean. I thought that all the work to change an engine would result in a dirty, greasy mess but to my absolute surprise, it was like it never happened.

We've been using the boat regularly now for the last month and she purrs like a cat and performing perfectly now.

It has been 6 years that I have been docked at the marina and 2 boats bought and continue to be serviced through you. After doing much research and talking to friends about buying my first boat, I was steered to Al Grover's Marina and from day one I felt at ease that I have come to the right place.

Paul Allmann was superb and very patient with me knowing it was my first boat and that I had a ton of questions before picking out my first boat. We finally chose a 26 foot cabin cruiser that fit my needs and Paul made the whole deal very easy and comfortable. He is a true professional and a great person to do business with. The Grover family and crew have been "taking care of us" since day one with our new vessel, circa. 1999. It is evident that they really do care - a rarity in this day and age. Management and staff are knowledgeable AND nice. The organization retains staff pretty much forever which makes for a strong family type atmosphere. The service manager and technicians/mechanics really know their business and the Mercury products. I have a lot of faith and trust in them and their breadth of experience and knowledge. Grover's et al gets my highest endorsement.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you and your team for the work you did on the "Old School" last winter. The Imron paintjob and spray rail installation went off without a hitch. I believe the finish is better now than when the boat was built back in 1980!



I appreciated your input in choosing the 'right' deck color. Everyone comments on how much better the boat looks with the tan decks and a white hull.



Please extend our thanks to Jen, who handled getting the boat in and out of the yard and to Willie who did all of the sanding and paint work! I have enclosed custom T-shirts for you, Jen and Willie that we had made for the re-launch!



I am happy to recommend your service to anyone who might have a need. We plan on keeping the "Old School" forever and with the help of your team, we are confident that we can make it happen.

Dear Dante.



You recently installed a complete hydraulic steering system in my 32’ Fountain. I am just writing to tell you how happy I am with the service I received from Al Grover’s. This has to be the first time I have had work done on my boat where I did not encounter any problems.



You hauled the boat without doing any damage. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time so I did not lose half the summer. Your mechanic, Jimmy, did an excellent job. Usually after having work done I have to correct errors that were made or tighten things they forgot about. Jimmy’s work was perfect. He also did a very clean neat job. I am a fanatic about cleanliness on my boat and it came back just as clean, if not cleaner.



You run a first class marina every employee from the receptionist to the boat washer was friendly and pleasant and seemed happy at their job. I will highly recommend Al Grover's to everyone and thank you for making this experience a good one.

I just wanted to drop you a short note to tell you how pleased I am with the performance of my boat and with the job you did installing my engines. You delivered more that you promised and delivered the finished product ahead of schedule. A trait not found too often in business dealings today.



Pete was absolutely terrific. He worked on my boat, checked small details, replaced any questionable items with care and precision. No corners were cut, no detail was sacrificed for the sake of time. He treated my boat. As if it were his own.

I would like to say to you and your staff, “GREAT JOB and THANK YOU” for your professionalism!! When I brought my 38 foot, Searay Sundancer into Al Grovers Marina, I thought that the damage done to my boat would never be able to be fixed!! I was 100% wrong!!



From day one. When my shattered boat was brought into your marina, you and your staff went to work to fix my boat like it was your own!! The way that Paul, the girls and all of your workers run your operation should definitely be commended. I have been to many marinas and have never seen one run so smoothly!! Everyone who works for you, Dante, has the same mentality that you have. Make the customer happy and give them the best product which is what they are paying for. With me, I was never given any nonsense about the steps in fixing my boat. Every question that I asked was always answered and most of all. My boat was given back to me better than new. I know that fixing the radar arch was not an easy project but your team put It back together in such a way that I cannot even see where the damage was done!!



What impressed me the most is that you never asked me for any type of up front money. You had no problem waiting for the insurance checks to arrive before any type of payment was made. I kept kidding around with you by saying that I was waiting for something to go wrong but I am convinced that nothing will!!



To sum this up Dante, my wife, my kids and I would once again like to thank you and your staff for such a great job. You definitely turned a very bad situation into a good one!! I would recommend your marina to every boater out there. Keep up the great work!!
